<br />Exhibit H I STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />3.9 Live Onerational Use <br /> <br />Obiective: <br />To have Customer using the Licensed Software to assist in performing the day-to-day operations. New World and <br />Customer will work together to determine a Go-Live date and time. <br /> <br />New World Resnonsibilities: <br />New World will: <br /> <br />a) Provide appropriate staffing during live operations (go-live). <br />b) Provide support during Live Operational Use. <br />c) Work with Customer in clarifying issues. <br />d) Contact Customer personnel in a timely manner and respond to any software defects as reported <br />to New World. <br />e) Connect via VPN for diagnosis and possible Software defect correction, as needed. <br />t) Recommend corrective measures (e.g. Table Corrections). <br /> <br />New World Deliverables: <br />New World will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />a) Operational turnover. <br /> <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Customer will: <br /> <br />a) Report to New World any suspected software defect(s). <br />b) Have Customer Go-Live Team available prior to and during Go-Live. <br /> <br />Customer Deliverables: <br />Customer will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />a) Retest affected application following correction and report to New World Support the results. <br />b) Operational lumover from New World. <br /> <br />Agreement 041006 final.doc <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 43 of 57 <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, CA <br />
