Exhibit H I STATEMENT OF WORK 3.8 Mobile Tailorinl! and Setuo Obiective: To complete the StatelNCICICADIRMS Mobile set-up. New World Responsibilities: New World will: a) Establish Message Switch connectivity to local network and CAD. b) Establish Message Switch connectivity to the StateINCIC. e) Establish Message Switch connectivity to the Wireless infrastructure. d) Install Mobile software on Client. e) Instruct Customer on screen design recommendations. t) Instrucl Customer on mandatory input fields. g) Train the Trainer on lhe Client product (if necessary). h) Train the Administrator on the Message swilch. i) Assist Customer in the development of screens. New World Deliverables: New World will provide the following deliverables: a) Complete software install on Message Switch and client. b) Build StatelNCICICADIRMS inquiry Screens. c) Provide training. Customer Responsibilities: Customer will: a) Provide appropriate staff to work with New World during the initial set up. b) Provide StalelNCIC connection to local network. c) Provide Infrastructure connection to local network. d) Provide CADIRMS conneclion to local network. e) Provide State required ORIs for Mobile units. f) Provide phone modem connection for Message Switch. g) Provide Mobile units and modems. h) Provide list of users and units. i) Identity Project Manager. j) Identity Message Switch Systems Manager. k) Attend training. I) Each student will be required to have their own terminal during training. m) Install Client components. n) Provide Training facility and required equipment. 0) Set-up Training environment (terminals for students).
