<br />property which may arise from or in connection with the performance ofthe work <br />hereunder by the Center, its agents, represeniatives, or employees, in the amount of not <br />less than $1,000,000; and Worker's Compensation insurance for TVBCEC's and the <br />Cenler's employees. <br /> <br />II. This Agreement may be amended only by written consent of the Parties. <br /> <br />12. Upon the incorporalion date, the TVBCEC shall assign to the Center, and the Cenler shall <br />assume, all of lhe obligations of lhe TVBCEC under this Agreement by an assignmenl <br />and assumplion agreement salisfaclory to the PPJs. The assignment and assumption <br />agreemenl may contain any modifications 10 this Agreement as may be agreed upon <br />between lhe Center and the PPJs. Until such time, lhis Agreemenl and the obligations of <br />the TVBCEC hereunder shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />13.
