<br />Resolution No. 06-019 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as the original dedication of this right of way to Alameda County was in fee title, <br />title in the right of way vested in the City upon annexation and the City now <br />desires to quitclaim its interest in this right of way to the adjoining property <br />owners. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: From and after the date that this resolution is recorded with the Alameda County <br />Recorder's Office, the right of way described in the attached Exhibit "A" and <br />depicted on the attached Exhibit "B" is vacated and no long constitutes a street or <br />public right of way. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager is authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming the <br />City's interest in and to the property to Berlogar Vineyards, Inc. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON APRIL 4, 2006 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne and Mayor <br />Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> <br />A~VZl?a <br /> <br />Michael H.
