5. CHD will develop a report form in conjunction with the City represen~ive <br /> and submit semi-annual activity reports. (The activities listed on semi- <br /> annual invoices will constitute the semi-annual reports.) <br /> <br /> 6, CHD staff will meet semi-annually with the office of the City Manager to <br /> identify potential new BMP units and to review program activities. <br /> <br />C. Sale Units - Newly Consn~ct~ and Resales <br /> <br /> 1, City will notify CFID of: Housing units availabl~ for sale, localira of <br /> units, size of units, sales price for each unit, amenities, and targeted incom~ <br /> group. <br /> <br /> Upon request, CHD will supply the City with cun'ent mortgage intsm~ <br /> <br /> 2. If waiting list of potenfi=} buyers is h.ntfficient, CHD will advertise <br /> availability of units. <br /> <br /> 3. Notice of tinit availability, sales price, location and unit size will be seat to <br /> everyone on waiting list with d_~,,in-. for expression of interest. <br /> <br /> 4. Interested buyers will be sent/given an application and a flyer desaibiq the <br /> unit, sales prices, amenities, deed restrictions, and selection procedures. <br /> <br /> 5. Upon receipt of applications, CHD will ensure that each application is <br /> complete and that the appropriate information for eligibility and income <br /> verification is allached. CHD wili verify income and eligibility. CHD will <br /> rank the applications according to criteria in the City's most cun'ent <br /> resolution. <br /> <br /> 6. CHD will submit the dam on each eligible lipplicant to the City for <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> 7. A lottery will be held to rank each qualified applicant within each priority <br /> caxqory as established by City. <br /> <br /> 8. CHD will provide the names of interested lenders to the highest ranked <br /> applicant or applicants and advise applicants regarding the program on <br /> applying for a loan. If applicable, on new units, CKD will work with <br /> lenders to provide first mortgages for eligible buyers. <br /> <br /> 9. If applicant does not qualify, the next highest ranked applicant will be <br /> referred. <br /> <br /> 10. CHD will be av~ih~hle to assist the applicant and the lender in <br /> understanding the program, and will help facilitate closing with the <br /> <br /> A-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
