The. <br /> following scope of services ~ each of these areas. <br /> <br /> A. Esmblent of Necesssrv ~ Documents and Procedqr~ <br /> <br /> I. CHD will review current program documeau and recommend ~ as <br /> na:~ary. <br /> <br /> 2. CHD will es~lish n~w documents as necessary. Documents to include <br /> ~ Second Mortgage DocummU, Dmi R~s~ons, Program G~, <br /> <br /> 3. All documents, in final form, are to be reviewed by City legal counsel'and <br /> approved by the City. <br /> <br /> B. Genenl Administrative Acliyities <br /> <br /> 1. CHD will contact lenders to identify those who would be interested in <br /> working with the program to process over-the-eounter loans. CHD will <br /> also reestablish rehtionships with lenders of original units thzZ hav~ <br /> <br /> 2. CHD will establish a waiting list of prospective buyers. Waiting list to be <br /> comprised of City referrals, interested applicants responding to BMP ~u,~,l <br /> news articles, and interested applicants responding to advertisements for' <br /> specific available units. <br /> <br /> 3. CHD will send a summary of the BMP pwgram to prospective buyers (cost <br /> of postage and copying to be paid by the. City). <br /> <br /> 4. CttD will submit Administrative Procedures to the City for approval. CHD <br /> will maintain the procedures and, as required, modify them from time to <br /> time to insure effective operation of the BMP Program. (The scope of <br /> services will constitute Administrative Procedures.) <br /> <br /> <br />
