<br />TDA 4.5 Document E(a) <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />The first PPS Transit Fair was held March 17, 2006, and included transit <br />providers from around the Bay Area. Residents had an opportunity to learn about <br />a variety of transit resources. <br /> <br />The new Access Alameda Transit Guide developed through ACTIA is also <br />distributed to all new paratransit clients. <br /> <br />The City of Pleasant on web site (www.ci.pleasanton.ca.us) includes a City of <br />Pleasanton Paratransit information page. The paratransit application is now also <br />available on the City website. <br /> <br />Local transit information is coordinated through collaborative marketing efforts <br />with LA VT A. All Pleasanton Paratransit Service printed materials include <br />information about the services offered by LA VTA, and vice versa, WHEELS <br />route information and passes are available at the Pleasanton Senior Center. <br />Regular outreach meetings are held with LA VT A staff at local senior housing <br />complexes. These mini-transit fairs are very popular, In addition, the PPS <br />Supervisor attends LA VT A's Wheels Accessible Advisory Committee meetings. <br /> <br />Senior and Disabled BART passes are also sold at the Pleasanton Senior Center, <br />
