Sit!nificant Budt!et Provisions <br /> <br />Effective October 2004, all Paratransit staff were hired under the City of <br />Pleasanton. The fringe benefit budget expense increase reflects part time staff <br />now covered under the Public Employees Retirement System. An additional 20% <br />of the Recreation Supervisor's time, as well as 30% of the Recreation <br />Coordinator's time, are also reflected in Labor Other category to provide <br />supervision of this service. <br /> <br />6. Service Contracts <br /> <br />There are no contract employees. <br /> <br />7. Applicant's Financial and Manat!ement Information Data <br /> <br />Punch card sales and redemption procedures are as follows: <br /> <br />Pleasanton residents are sold a punch card valued at $20,00 for use as needed. <br />Residents from Sunol and the unincorporated areas of Pleasant on pay $25.00 for <br />their punch card, Drivers punch the client's card according to the destination. <br /> <br />A monthly record ofthe punch card sales is recorded at the Paratransit Office. <br />The number of completed rides is kept daily through Schedule Pro, a scheduling <br />and records management software, A monthly report is produced, which includes <br />the total number of passengers carried, in-service mileage and drive time, rides <br />per hour, number of shared rides, number of escort/guests transported, number of <br />lift assisted trips, cancellations, denials, and late pick-ups. <br />
