Finally, the project will draw people into the Downtown and create an activity <br />area which may be a catalyst for further pedestrian-oriented developments nearby, thus <br />benefiting the Downtown from an economic vitality perspective. <br /> <br />Staff understands that there have been some concerns expressed with the building <br />architecture as well as parking and traffic issues. However, the project has also been <br />identified as a City Council priority.
