<br />The Commission discussed funding additional agency capital project requests should the City Council <br />approve using the 20% administrative allocation for that purpose. Commissioners also discussed the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for the CAPE project, and if the agency had <br />submitted a similar funding request in the past. Commissioner Testa discussed the proposed shelter <br />project with representatives from God's Love Outreach Ministries, and if there would be a requirement for <br />clients to attend or participate in church services. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Ponton, seconded by Commissioner Lewis, requesting that the City <br />Council consider and approve the reallocation of the 20% administrative expenses in the amount of <br />$57,513, and allow these funds to be used to meet additional agency capital grant requests as follows: <br /> <br />Al!encv <br />CAPE, Inc. <br />God's Love Outreach Ministries <br />Tri- Valley Haven <br /> <br />Requested Amount <br />$74,485 <br />$10,708 <br />$13,000 <br /> <br />Recommended Amount <br />$33,805 <br />$10,708 <br />$13,000 <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />A YES: Commissioners Cousins, Detweiler, Lambert, Lewis, Ponton, Testa, and Chairperson <br />Tenbrink <br />None <br />Commissioner Olson <br />None <br /> <br />7.
