Experience implementing a proposed community-wide solar program <br />ensuring the long tenn on-going success ofthe program <br /> <br />. Experience planning and facilitating meetings with City staff, residents, <br />businesses, and vendors <br /> <br />. Experience designing and implementing outreach, education, and marketing <br />efforts for a community-wide solar program <br /> <br />Experience identifYing existing and new financial and environmental <br />incentives to encourage participation <br /> <br />. Experience assessing the "solar readiness" of the Livennore community <br /> <br />. Experience identifYing a long-tenn funding mechanism to manage and fund <br />an on-going community-wide photovoltaic buying program <br /> <br />. Ability to keep up with rebate, discounts, and new programs so the Livermore <br />community gets the best prices throughout the life of the program. <br /> <br />Ability to interface with City staff to provide training and education for <br />inspection and pennitting ofthe installation of photo-voltaic systems <br /> <br />. Ability to conduct market trend analyses to ensure customers get the best <br />prices throughout the life of the program <br /> <br />.
