Accept the improvements for this project. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />3. Authorize final payment to Ransome Company, III the amount of <br />$5,000.00. <br /> <br />4. Authorize payment of the retention, in the amount of$60,419.65. <br /> <br />The subject project consisted of the construction of approximately 11,000 <br />linear feet of underground joint trench with splice boxes and seven street <br />lights for the Callippe Preserve Golf Course. In addition, as a change to the <br />original contract, Ransome was directed to construct secondary utility <br />services (electric, telephone, cable and gas service) from mainline services <br />to each individual residential lot developed with the project. Ransome was <br />also directed to construct concrete headwalls and slope protection for three <br />storm drain culverts crossing Clubhouse Drive. Construction has now been <br />completed and is ready for acceptance. <br />
