Authorize the application for the Pavement Management Technical <br />Assistance Program (P-TAP) Round 7 grant of $18,149, and authorize <br />the necessary local match funding of $2,351.35 to be paid to the <br />Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC). <br /> <br />2. Approve the contract with MACTEC Engineering & Consulting to <br />provide pavement evaluation services for the subject project. <br /> <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the above-referenced contract <br />with MACTEC Engineering and Consulting for an amount not to <br />exceed $27,000. <br /> <br />The Pavement Management System Survey Update, Project No. 055021, <br />will provide new information regarding the pavement condition of all <br />existing City streets. MACTEC Engineering & Consulting has been <br />selected to perform this work. The condition assessment work consists of <br />two parts. The first part will be funded by a P-TAP grant in the amount of <br />$18,149 with a match by the City in the amount of $2,351.35. The <br />second part is solely funded by the City in the amount of $27,000. <br />
