Resolution No. 93-72 <br />Page. Three <br /> <br /> 5. Downtown Business - A representative from a <br /> business located in the City's downtown district. <br /> <br /> 6. Industry Manufacturing - A representative from a <br /> business whose primary function is <br /> manufacturing/industry which has an office or <br /> production plant located in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 7. Residential Builder - A representative from a <br /> residential builder or developer which has an <br /> office located in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> S. Financial Institution - A representative from a <br /> bank or savings and loan company located in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 9. A Citizen At Large - A resident 'from the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 10. Pleasanton Visitors and Convention Bureau - A <br /> representative recommended by .the Board of the <br /> Pleasanton Visitors and Convention Bureau. <br /> <br /> 11. Educational Community - A member recommended bythe <br /> Pleasanton School Board. <br /> <br /> 12. Environmental Community - A representative from a <br /> non-profit group devoted to environmental issues <br /> which has an office or a chapter in the Cityof <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: Members will be appointed to the committee in <br /> accordance with City Resolution No. 91-91, A Resolution <br /> Establishing Procedures for Appointments to City Boards <br /> and Commissions, exceptthat the Chamber of Commerce, the <br /> Stoneridge Mall, the Pleasanton Visitors and Convention <br /> Bureau, and the Pleasanton School Board, may choosetheir <br /> own representatives, subject to confirmation bythe City <br /> Council. <br /> <br />Section 4: The Committee shall meet periodically, but at least <br /> annually and no more than quarterly. <br /> <br /> <br />
