EXHIBIT <br /> Conditions of App:oval <br /> PUD-89-S-2M <br /> <br />1. The house models for Land Unit B shall conform substantially <br /> to the revised floor plans, elevations, and related materials, <br /> Exhibit A (dated "Received March 2, 1993"), on file with the <br /> Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The stucco alternative elevation for each of the three models <br /> shall be modified to include additional articulation, such as <br /> "pop-out" trim and areas of relief, on each wall. The <br /> elevations shall be subject to review and approval by the <br /> Planning Director in conjunction withthe building permit plan <br /> check process. <br /> <br />4. The developer shall enter into an agreement with the City of <br /> Pleasanton concerning growth management approvals which <br /> incorporates the matters set forth in the attached. <br /> <br />5. Except as modified by Conditions 1, 2, and 3 above, all <br /> conditions of Cases PUD-S9-5-1D-1M shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> <br /> /// <br /> <br /> <br />
