Resolution No. 93-48 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: The Fire Inspector is ordered to abate the nuisance <br /> declared by Resolution No. 93-40 by having the weeds, <br /> rubbish, and refuse removed and for this purpose, the <br /> Fire Inspector may enter upon private property to abate <br /> the nuisance. Before the Fire Inspector arrives, any <br /> property owner may remove the weeds, rubbish or refuse at <br /> their own expense. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Fire Inspector or the contractor awarded the work <br /> by the City for removal of weeds, rubbish or refuse, as <br /> the case may be, shall keep an account of the cost of <br /> abatement in front of or on each separate parcel of land <br /> where the work is done and shall submit to the City <br /> Council for consideration, hearing or objections, <br /> modification and confirmation, an itemizedwritten report <br /> showing the cost, all as more particularly described by <br /> Government Code Section 39574. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 20, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~CLJEzidr~, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
