Industry Manufacturing - A representative from a <br /> business whose primary function is <br /> manufacturing/industry which has an office or <br /> production plant located in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 7. Residential Builder - A representative from a <br /> residential builder or developer which has an <br /> office in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 8. Financial Institution - A representative from a <br /> bank or savings and loan company located in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 9. A Citizen At Large - A resident from the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 10. Pleasanton Visitors and Convention Bureau - A <br /> representative recommended by the Board of the <br /> Pleasanton Visitors and Convention Bureau. <br /> <br /> 11. Education Community - A representative recommended <br /> by the Board of Trustees of the Pleasanton Unified <br /> School District. <br /> <br /> 12.
