CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 93-20 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTADVISORY COMMITTEEREPRESENTATIVES WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 15, 1992, the City Council adopted Resolution 92-230 establishing the duties and membership of the Economic Development Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 2, 1993, the City Council reviewed the Staff Report of the Assistant City Manager (SR 93:31) regarding the clarification of the proposed membership of the Economic Development Advisory Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council hereby amends Resolution No. 92-230 and establishes the representation on the Economic Advisory Committee as follows: 1. Chamber of Commerce - An individual recommended by the Chamber's Executive Board. 2. Business Park - A representative from the owner/management of one of the following business parks - Stoneridge Corporate Plaza, Commerce Circle/Johnson Drive, Pleasanton Park, Signature Center, Hacienda Business Park, Rose Pavilion, Santa Rita Industrial Park, Valley Business Park, Stanley Business Park, Pleasanton Station, and Bernal Corporate Center. 3. Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm - A representative from a real estate business specializing in commercial sales with an office located in the City of Pleasanton. 4. Stoneridge Mall - A representative recommended by the Taubman Company. 5. Downtown Business - A representative from a business located in the City's downtown district to be selected by the Executive Board of the Pleasanton Downtown Association.
