The two-story addition is not incompatible with the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies Case AP-92-21, thereby upholding the approval <br /> of the Zoning Administrator and Design Review Board of <br /> Case Z-92-221, the application of Duane Tash to construct <br /> a 960 square foot, two-story addition to an existing <br /> 1,518 square foot, one-story home located at 4922 Black <br /> Avenue, subject to the attached conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this <br /> resolution to the appellants with a notice that the <br /> appellants have ninety (90) days following the date of <br /> adoption of this resolution in which to seek judicial <br /> review of this action of the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I.
