Resolution No. 99-022 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />Section 4: The City of Pleasanton, while not being the prime sponsor of the following <br /> projects in the Tri-Valley, wishes to add its support to the following listed projects <br /> submitted to improve traffic conditions in the Tri-Valley: ACE Station CCTV; <br /> Improvements/Parking at Dublin/Pleasanton BART; Station Access Improvements <br /> (BART); Jack London Bikeway Gap Closure; Commuter Transit Terminal at <br /> Vasco Road and, 1-680 Ramp Metering and Bypass at select locations (contingent <br /> upon MTC conditioning the approval of the metering implementation being <br /> subject to the review and approval of the jurisdictions being metered, Fremont and <br /> Pleasanton). <br /> <br />Section 5: The projects, Alamo Canal Trail Gap Closure; Stoneridge Drive Park-N-Ride and <br /> HOV Bypass, and Signal Interconnect and connections to TOS, will be built as <br /> described in this resolution and, if approved, as programmed in Metropolitan <br /> Transportation Commission (MTC) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to <br /> the extent possible within the limits of the committed funding. <br /> <br />Section 6: The program funds are expected to be obligated by September 30, 2000. <br /> <br />Section 7: A copy of this resolution will be transmitted to the MTC in conjunction with the <br /> filing of the application. <br /> <br />Section 8: MTC is requested to support the application for the project described in the <br /> resolution and to program the project, if approved, at MTC's TIP. <br /> <br />Section 9: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 9, 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
