The Fire Chief and the Assistant <br /> City Manager may be provided a vehicle for both business <br /> and limited personal use as defined bythe city manager. <br /> <br />14.2 Automobile Allowance <br /> <br /> The following classifications shall receive a monthly <br /> vehicle allowance of $200 as compensation for providing <br /> and using their personal vehicles for city business: <br /> <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> Director of Personnel <br /> Director of Inspection Services <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> Director of Parks and Community Services <br /> Director of Finance <br /> Economic Development Manager <br /> <br />Section 15. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />15.1 Physical Examination/Welln~ss Program <br /> <br /> The city shall reimburse management personnel for the <br /> cost of an annual physical examination. The amount of <br /> the reimbursement shall not exceed $375.00 per year. <br /> <br /> The City will investigate replacing the former wellness <br /> program for management employees if sufficient employee <br /> interest exists and provided the costs are reasonable. <br /> Only management employees not choosing the annual <br /> physical may participate in the wellhess program. <br /> <br />15.2 Cafeteria Plan <br /> <br /> The City will explore the possibility of establishing a <br /> cafeteria benefits plan for management and confidential. <br /> <br />15.3 General Leave <br /> <br /> The City will explore the concept of "general leave" as <br /> an alternative to the existing sick leave and vacation <br /> leave policies. <br /> <br /> - 15 - <br /> <br /> <br />
