Resolution No. 94-32 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />Section 7: This resolution does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewage treatment <br /> capacity to serve the projects which have received growth management approval. <br /> Building permits may be withheld if the City determines that sewage treatment <br /> capacity is not available at the time building permits for a Project are applied for. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution also does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water to serve <br /> the Projects; building permits for a Project may be withheld if the City <br /> determines that sufficient water is not available, as evidenced by mandatory water <br /> rationing, at the time building permits for a Project are applied for. <br /> <br />SectiOn 9: Nothing herein shall reduce any developer obligation required as a condition of <br /> any other City approval. <br /> <br />Section 10: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 15, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, and Scribner <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> peggyf/L~.~Idro' Ci('~~lB~er~k <br /> <br />Michael H.
