CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 94-02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TItE 1993-94 <br /> MISCELLANEOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Finance presented a staff report (SR 94:09) to the City Council <br /> outlining the Miscellaneous Capital Improvement Program as proposed following <br /> various Council workshops; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 4, 1994, the proposed Miscellaneous Capital <br /> Improvement Program Budget was reviewed and a public hearing was held to <br /> afford the public the opportunity to comment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves and adopts the 1993-94 Miscellaneous Capital <br /> Improvement Program Budget as set forth in the attached exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 4, 1994 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg)/cli~/F~dFo, Ci~ Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
