Resolution No. 94-04 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for development plan <br /> approval to construct n approximately 126,390 square foot retail store on a 15.06 <br /> acre portion of a 32.3 acre site located at the northeast comer of Hacienda Drive <br /> and Owens Drive in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions listed <br /> in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: If any such Judgment invalidates or otherwise makes ineffective all or any portion <br /> of the Wal-Mart Approval (and/or Park Approvals as they relate to the Wal-Mart <br /> Approval), then the City shall cure any inadequacies or deficiencies (collectively, <br /> "Deficiencies") identified in the ludgment or upon which the Judgment is based <br /> in a manner consistent with the express language and general intent of the Park <br /> Approvals and the Wal-Mart Approval.
