Resolution No. 95-140 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> B. The Stanley Seniors project itself must obtain City Council approval; <br /> Council will determine when building permits must be obtained for the <br /> 1995 approvals. <br /> <br /> C. The Del Prado 1996 approvals are a "reservation" in 1996, subject to the <br /> project's receiving formal approval of growth management in 1996. <br /> <br /> D. All new projects (St. Johns Place, Stanley Seniors, Del Prado) shall pay a <br /> growth management fee of $2330 per unit at the time building permits are <br /> obtained, unless exempted. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Manager is authorized to sign Growth Management Agreements and <br /> amendments to the respective Growth Management Agreements in accordance <br /> with this resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 4, 1995, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr <br />NOES: Pico, Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy ~.~/dr~, C~,J,'Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
