CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-140 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED <br /> REALLOCATION OF GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br /> APPROVAL, ESTABLISHING THE GROWTH <br /> MANAGEMENT FEE FOR THE NEW PROJECTS AT $2330 <br /> PER UNIT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN AMENDMENTS TO THE RESPECTIVE <br /> GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVISED ALLOCATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 4, 1995, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 95:66) regarding the <br /> semi-annual review and consideration of growth management reallocations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing at which members of the public <br /> presented testimony regarding the proposed growth management reallocations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Reallocates growth management approval for the following projects, subject to <br /> the conditions listed in Section 2: <br /> <br /> 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 <br /> Equus Heights 6 <br /> Stoneridge Park (Standard Pacific) 65 100 62 68 <br /> Laguna Oaks, Unit A (Davidon Homes) 66 50 14 11 <br /> Laurel Creek Estates (Presley) 20 50 30 <br /> Ruby Hill (Signature Prop.) 142 70 150 158 96 <br /> Hacienda Residential (Signature Prop.) 76 100 100 144 <br /> St. Johns Place (New Cities) 43 <br /> Stanley Seniors (Red Bear, Inc.) 94 <br /> Del Prado (New Cities) 34 <br /> <br />Section 2: The growth management approvals above are subject to the following: <br /> <br /> A.
