Resolution No. 95-138 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHIiREAS, the application contains conditions with which the applicant <br /> must comply; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, if selected, will complete the environmental <br /> studies as agreed to and funded by the Pleasanton Railroad <br /> Association, will enter into an agreement with the State of <br /> California to carry out the transportation enhancement <br /> activities project and will obtain the necessary permits from <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Supports Alameda County's filing an application for funding in the <br /> Transportation Enhancement Activities Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: Supports the project completion pending favorable outcome of the <br /> environmental studies. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Commits up to $10,000 in staff labor and materials for matching moneys <br /> toward the project. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
