15.2 Jury Leave <br /> Every employee of the City who is called or required to <br /> serve as a juror shall be entitled to leave from his /her <br /> duties with the City during the period of such service or <br /> while necessarily being present in court as a result of <br /> such call. The employee shall be paid the difference <br /> between his /her full salary and any payment received by <br /> him /her, except travel pay, for such duty. <br /> 15.3 Leaves Resulting from Subpoena <br /> Leaves of absence with pay shall be granted to a person <br /> while going to and from court and answering a subpoena as <br /> a witness. Health and Welfare Coverage <br /> 16.1 Hospital and Medical Care - Active Employees <br /> Effective July 1, 1988, the City shall contribute an <br /> amount necessary to provide hospital and medical care <br /> benefits under either the present blue Cross Plan, Kaiser <br /> S -1 Plan or, Foundation Health Plan I for the individual <br /> employee and a portion of the amount necessary to provide <br /> coverage for eligible dependents provided, however, in no <br /> event shall the City be obligated to contribute a monthly <br /> amount in excess of the monthly premium for the Kaiser S -1 <br /> Health Plan full family coverage. <br /> - 18 - <br />
