The Department has implemented new classes
and programs with fees requiring Council approval and has
increased certain fees to the maximum allowed (20%)
without bringing the fee schedule to the Council for
approval.

Many new classes have been added; adjustment in
class/program fees are proposed in several areas, in most
cases a reflection of increased staff costs.

SR 95:206
