STA <br /> <br /> June 20, 1995 <br /> City Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Adoption of the City of Pleasanton Five Year Capital Improvement <br /> Program for Fiscal Years 1995-96 through 1999-2000 <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: <br /> <br /> 1. Amend the 1994/95 Capital Improvement Program by moving the <br /> Sunol Boulevard median landscaping project ($57,000) funded in <br /> fiscal year 1994/95 to the unfunded streets category for fiscal year <br /> 1996/97. <br /> <br /> 2. Adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years <br /> 1995/96 through 1999/2000 with the amendment that the proposed <br /> Hopyard Road median island/parkway renovation project ($41,250) <br /> be moved from the unfunded category to a funded streets project <br /> in fiscal year 1995/96. <br /> <br /> 3. Appropriate the revenues and approve project expenditures for <br /> fiscal years 1995/96 and 1996/97. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: The City Council regularly adopts a five year capital improvement <br /> program to assure that infrastructure and capital improvement needs are <br /> adequately addressed and planned. The proposed capital improvement <br /> program establishes a course of action to meet improvement needs over <br /> the next five years.
