Thirte~- members of the Task Force,
including Commissioners Seebach and Dove, attended the meeting.

The consultants for the project presented three concepts for
review, Concept A, B, and C. All three concepts provided similar
elements for tennis, a parking area for about 70 vehicles, four
handball courts, a full circulation sysmem, landscaping, and a
maintenance building. The three Concepz's unique features are as
follows:

Concept A 200' X 85" inline hockey rink, 1 basketball
court, a play area, an administration building,
a restroom building, and an open space/picnic
area.

Concept B Two smaller 140' X ~0' inline hockey rinks, a
basketball area with four baskets, an open
space/picnic area, a play area, administration
building, and a reszroom building.

Concept C Two full basketball courts, an open turf area,
a play area, and an administration building.

Those attending the Task Force meeting, in general, supported
Concept C for the following reasons:

1. Moving the children's play area to a more central
location eliminated the need for two rest rooms, thus
increasing the ability of the project to be completed
with the available funds.
