The Finance Director of the City of San Ramon shall provide <br /> accounting services for all payments and receipts required by the tcrrns of this MOU, and <br /> shall bc responsible for the safekeeping of all funds by or to the Parties to this MOU. <br /> <br /> 9. Vote Required- Members shall attempt to reach consensus following full <br /> discussion. The seven Planning Committee members shall have equal voting privileges. <br /> Except as provided below, voting shall be by majority of those rcpresentative.s present, <br /> with a quorum of four mcrnbcrs required. Adoption of the Tri-Valley Subregional <br /> Planning Strategy shall bc by unanimous vote of representatives of all parties. <br /> <br /> 10. Effect of Adoption of Strate$.n~. If adopted by unanimous vote, the Strategy shall <br /> bc used by each public agency a party hereto in the manner il. determines is appropriate <br /> in its community. Adoption of the Strategy shall not require any public agency tn include <br /> the Strategy's model goals, objectives and policy language in such agency's gcncral plan <br /> or other policy documents. <br /> <br /> 11. Amendment. This MOU may bc amended at any time upon the written approval <br /> of all Parties to the MOU. <br /> <br /> 12. Notices. Any notices m bc scnt to any Party shall be dirccmd to the office of the <br /> city managcr or county aclministrator of the Pony, with copies m all other ci~ managers <br /> and county administrators and the respective TAC members representing each Party. <br /> <br /> 1 ~5. 'rermin~i0n of MOU. This MOLl shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of <br /> the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a. Six months aftcr adoption of this MOU by thc last party. <br /> <br /> b. Mutual written agrccmcnt by all Parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 14. Xv/ithdrawBl nf Individual ParrWics~. With ninety days' prior written notice of their <br /> intcnt to withdrawal from the Project, any Party(ics) shall have the right tn withdraw from <br /> the process. Exccpt as may otherwise be provided for in Scctton 13 above, withdrawal <br /> of any Party(ies) from thc process shall not causc tcrminaxion of the provisions of this <br /> MOU. <br /> <br /> <br />
