management personnel of both cities assigned to the classification of fire division chief. The <br />recommended control point for the fire division chief classification is being reduced from <br />Pleasanton's present control point of $6492 per month to $6284 per month. Along with this <br />reduction, however, we are also establishing a uniform policy between the two cities to <br />compensate the deputy chief and division chiefs assigned a regular standby schedule. <br /> <br />Because the Pleasanton's fire management employees will continue to be city employees <br />compensated by the City, it is necessary to amend our management compensation plan to <br />include the above items of compensation.
