Resolution No. 96-103 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Delta Properties <br /> for a planned unit development rezoning and development plan to construct <br /> an approximately 49,250 square foot retail center, a 126-unit hotel (66,800 <br /> square foot Candlewood Hotel), a 2,900 square foot fast food restaurant <br /> (In-n-Out Burger), and a maximum 8,500 square foot restaurant all on an <br /> approximately me-acre site located on the northeast comer of Owens <br /> Drive and Johnson Drive, as filed under Case PUD-96-13. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council fmds that the proposed project will have a de minimis <br /> impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1996 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy ~. ~z4/dro, Cfiy Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
