Continue program. New wording is recommended by <br />the Tri-Valley Subregional Planning Strategy. No High Density Residential acreage was <br />redesignated. The land use designation for one 2.88-acre site was amended from Low to High <br />Density Residential in conjunction with the approval of a new 86-unit affordable apartment <br />development for senior citizens. <br /> <br /> Program 3.1 (Relocate to become Program 12.5): Exempt minor <br /> subdivisions of five lots or less from the provisions of the City's <br /> Growth Management Program. <br /> <br /> Responsible Agency: City Council <br /> Funding Source: Not Applicable <br /> <br />1996 EVALUATION: Objective met. Continue program. The program is intended to <br />encourage the small builder to build custom lots.
