APPENDIX B <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASA~TON <br /> 1996 HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE <br /> EVALUATION AND REVISION OF EXISTING POLICIES AND PROGRAMS <br /> <br />The following is a review of the City's Draft Housing Element, including a discussion of how <br />the Element's programs have been revised to reflect the City's experiences in implementing the <br />current adopted element. Proposed wording changes to the current policies and programs are <br />shown with the ~*-;'-: ...... of words to be deleted and the ~~ of words to be added. <br /> <br />IV. Continue program in modified form. The <br />percentage of multiple family units finalled on an annual basis varied from 0 percent to <br />38 percent between 1990 and 1995.
