Expenses for the services of outside contractors <br /> and materials necessary for the development of a Joint Exercise of Powers <br /> Agreement will be shared equally by the Participating Agencies. <br /> <br />Section 4.2 Limitations on Expenditures. Expenses shall be limited to those necessary for the <br /> development of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement. <br /> <br /> TERM]INAT][ON <br /> <br />Section 5. I Termination.
