Resolution No. 96-80 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Center for Livable Communities would like to recognize the City of <br /> Pleasanton as one of its Transportation Partners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this recognition comes without cost to the participating jurisdiction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City of Pleasanton agrees to become a Transportation Partner with the <br /> Center for Livable Communities. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 2, 1996 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peggy L/. ~'zi~o~ City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
