Resolution No. 96-09 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The appeal of the Gilmores is upheld and they are permitted to remove the <br /> Heritage tree from their property subject to their replacing it with a <br /> specimen sized tree, 24" box container size minimum, of a species listed in <br /> the City's Street Tree Guide. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 1996 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Michelotti and Pico <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy 1Z. ~'zi~ City (L~lerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> v~,~,~,~ ~--~~ <br /> Michel H.
