9. The size of the secondary unit shall be limited to the area'shown on Exhibit "A," <br /> approximately 530 square feet. The den shall not be occupied, except on a <br /> temporary basis not to exceed thirty (30) days, by a guest of the inhabitant of the <br /> secondary unit. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall install a gate across the west side yard of the site at the front of <br /> the honse to tie into the existing side yard fence. No parking shall occur in that <br /> side yard. <br /> <br />11. The address of the secondary unit shall be posted in f~ont of the structure to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Department. The method and design of this posting shall <br /> be shown on the building permit plans. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall be responsible for the maintenance of his property as well as <br /> the secondary unit and shall keep the properties free of trash. <br /> <br />13. The applicant shall either store all non-operable vehicles in the garage or remove <br /> them from the site. <br /> <br />14. A Declaration of Restrictions as to items 3, 7, 8 and 9 shall be recorded, the form <br /> of which shall be approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> {end} <br /> <br /> <br />
