Resolution No. 98-141 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the staff report, and all oral and <br /> written testimony. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Based upon the findings set forth above, the City Council amends the Master Fee <br /> Schedule regarding the Park Dedication In Lieu Fee as follows: <br /> <br /> Park Dedication In Lieu Fee per lot or per unit: <br /> <br /> Single family detached $4,911.00 <br /> <br /> Single family attached $4,911.00 <br /> (2 or fewer units) <br /> <br /> Multi-family $3,524.00 <br /> (3 or more units) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective January 2, 1999. <br /> <br /> <br />
