EXHIBIT "B" <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 5664 Paseo Navarro <br /> Case No. V-98-07/Z-98~162 <br /> <br />1. The proposed building addition shall conform substantially to the site plan and elevation <br /> marked Exhibit "A" and dated "Received June 5, 1998". on file with the Planning <br /> Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of the building <br /> addition. <br /> <br />3. The variance and design review approvals shall lapse within one year from the date of <br /> approval unless a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is <br /> diligently pursued toward completion. or an extension to this variance and design review <br /> approval is approved by the City. <br /> <br />4. The minimum setback of the proposed single-story addition from the northeastern side <br /> property line shall be five feet. The eaves shall be allowed to encroach into this setback <br /> up to three feet from the northeastern side property line. <br /> <br /> <br />
