Resolution No. 98-121 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Chevron Products <br /> Company, Inc. for Planned Unit Development rezoning, development plan <br /> approval, and a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a 24-hour <br /> self-service gasoline station and convenience store with the sale of alcoholic <br /> beverages located at 1797 Santa Rita Road (the southwest comer of Valley Avenue <br /> and Santa Rita Road). <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on <br /> the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Pico <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
