In the <br /> case where the eligible employee is deceased, the amount the City is obligated to pay <br /> shall be reduced by 1/2 (one-half). If the spouse remarries, the obligation by the City <br /> shall terminate. <br /> <br />6.3 Dental Insurance <br /> <br /> The City at its expense shall provide management and confidential employees and their <br /> eligible dependents enrollment in the present Ameritas Bankers Life Nebraska dental <br /> plan. Plan benefits shall include a maximum lifetime orthodontia benefit of $1,500. <br /> <br /> The City shall investigate improved alternative dental insurance plans as possible <br /> replacement to the present Ameritas Dental Insurance Plan. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
