14.2 Automobile Allowance <br /> <br /> The following classifications shall receive a monthly vehicle allowance of $200.00 as <br /> compensation for providing and using their personal vehicles for city business: <br /> <br /> Director of Finance <br /> Director of Inspection Services <br /> Director of Parks and Community Services <br /> Director of Personnel <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> Assistant City Attorney <br /> Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer <br /> Assistant to the City Manager <br /> Community Services Manager <br /> Deputy Director of Public Works-Operations <br /> Economic Development Manager <br /> Principal Planner <br /> <br />Section 15. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />15.1 Physical Examination/Wellness Program <br /> <br /> The City shall reimburse management personnel for the cost of an annual physical <br /> examination. The amount of the reimbursement shall not exceed $375.00 per year. In <br /> lieu of the physical examination reimbursement, management employees may participate <br /> in any Wellness Program offered by the City. <br /> <br /> 15.2 Part-Time Employees <br /> <br /> Management and confidential employees employed on either a regular one-half time or <br /> regular three-quarter time basis shall receive prorated benefits as determined by the City <br /> Manager. <br /> <br /> 15.3 Cafeteria Plan <br /> <br /> The City shall establish an IRC Section 125 Cafeteria Plan should there be sufficient <br /> interest among the members of the management group for such a plan. <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
