Modify the first sentence of Guideline e.5)d), on page 33, to read as follows: <br /> "Where fencing is desired, only open fencing should be permitted along <br /> roadways and between properties." <br /> <br />14. Modify Section 6.b.1)c), on page 36, (PUD-OS Subarea permitted uses) to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Accessory structures and uses including but not limited to a barn, stable, <br /> coop, corral, vehicle and farm equipment garage, living area without a <br /> kitchen, storage shed, and recreation room;" <br /> <br />15. Modify Section 6.b.2), on page 37, (PUD-OS Subarea conditional uses) by adding the <br /> following uses: <br /> "f) Boarding or private stable, including horse barn, storage structure, and <br /> riding areas; <br /> g) Community garden; and <br /> h) Community-serving commercial activities such as a pumpkin patch." <br /> <br />16. Modify Section c.7). on page 37, to include the following wording: <br /> "7) Open Space preservation: The Open Space land to be acquired by the City <br /> in conjunction with the purchase of the 'Golf Course Properties' shall be retained <br /> primarily as permanent public open space." <br /> <br />17. Modify all of Section c.8), on page 38 to read as follows: <br /> "8) Open Space/residential density considerations: When a parcel of land <br /> contains both PUD-A/OS and PLID-SRDR designations, existing homes located <br /> in the PUD-A/OS portion of the lot shall not be counted while calculating housing <br /> density for the PUD-SRDR portion of the parcel." <br /> <br />18. Modify the third paragraph, first sentence, on page 45, to read as follows: <br /> "Direct access to Greater Happy Valley is provided by way of Sycamore <br /> Road and Happy Valley Road." <br /> <br />19. Modify Table VI-2, on page 46, by replacing the name "Hendrix Road" with "Anna <br /> Lane" or another name, subject to approval by the Fire Department; and by referring to <br /> LoB 42, 43, 52, 53, and 54 as the "Area south of Lot 43~. <br /> <br />20. Clarify the third complete paragraph, third sentence, on page 48, to read: <br /> "If the full length of the East-West Collector road (between the east and <br /> west borders of the NSSP area) is not completed within at least one <br /> year .... " <br /> <br /> <br />
