Add the following new paragraph after the seventh complete paragraph on page 52 to <br /> read: <br /> "The City shall implement a 'hotliffe' telephone service during the <br /> construction phases of the Spotorno housing, Golf Course, and Bypass <br /> Road projects. Signs shall be posted in strategic locations within the <br /> North Sycamore and Happy Valley Specific Plan Areas which identify this <br /> service and contain the City telephone number. This service shall be <br /> implemented by the City Public Works Department. The objective shall <br /> be to answer questions and respond to construction activity-related <br /> concerns of the neighborhood whenever and as soon as possible.' <br /> <br />23. Modify the "Trail Connection 8A" paragraph, starting at the second sentence, on <br /> page 57, to read: <br /> "A public access easement for this trail (at a location compatible with the <br /> development area) shall be dedicated to the City by the owner of the <br /> Spotorno Property at the time that the final subdivision map for the <br /> Spotorno PUD-MDR Area is recorded, and the trail shall be constructed <br /> to the east end of the PUD-MDR Area by the developer prior to <br /> occupancy of no more than 75 percent of the project housing units. The <br /> trail funding shall be set aside or bonded by the developer for construction <br /> of the section of the trail between the eastern end of the PUD-MDR area <br /> and the Foley Ranch until such time as the extension through the Foley <br /> Ranch property takes place." <br /> <br /> 26.
