ENGINEER'S REPORT LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1, Windsor, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972)~ The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, entry features, masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and planrings in designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, and street lights, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. This Report consists of six parts, as follows: PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by reference. PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefitted parcel of land within the Assessment District. PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount proposed to be assessed against each parcel. PART E - An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment district. This diagram is keyed to Part C by assessment number. Respectfully submitted, Roger D.
