CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-74 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> AND LEVYING THE 1998-99 ASSESSMENT FOR <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT 1993-1 <br /> (WINDSOR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 2, 1998 on <br /> the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Landscape and <br /> Lighting Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 1998-99 annual assessments in connection with <br /> Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1993-1 (Windsor), as described <br /> in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 2, 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy ~.
