Where'a ground level area, <br /> or part thereof, within the prindpal outside faces of the exterior walls <br /> is left unendosed, the gross area of the unendosed portion is to be <br /> considered as a pan of the overall square footage of the building. All- <br /> unroofed areas and unendosed roofed-over spaces, except as defined <br /> above, are to be excluded from area calculations. The gross area of any <br /> parking garages within the building shall not be included within the <br /> gross area of the entire building. <br /> <br /> c. "Industrial" refers to developments for the purpose of manufacture or <br /> fabrication of products, the processing of materials, the warehousing of <br /> merchandise for sale or distribution, research and development of <br /> industrial products and processes, and the wholesaling of merchandise. <br /> <br /> d. "Office" refers to developments for the purpose. of housing non- <br /> commercial, non-manufacturing businesses. <br /> <br /> g. "Other Uses" refers to land use categories not implicitly included <br /> within the land use categories of "Single Family Residential", "Multi <br /> Family Residential", "Retail", "Office", or "Industrial", and for which <br /> alternative rates can be found in the Institute of Transportation Engineers <br /> Trip Generation Manual or in a list of peak-hour trip rates that the Tfi- <br /> Valley Transportation Council has explicitly approved. <br /> <br /> h.
